Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 3rd respondent in his Proceedings dted 25.04.2011 and 20.12.2011 bearing reference no.Na.Ka.4151/2011 claiming a sum of Rs.22,55,875/- (Rupees Twenty two lakh fifty five thousand eight hundred and seventy five only) towards Infrastructure and Basic Amenities charges for the purposes of providing planning and building permission to the property situated at Ward 11, Block No.2, Town Survey numbers 9/1A1A part and 9/7, measuring an extent of 2.12 acres situated at Sanganur village, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore North and quash the same and consequently forbearing the respondents from cancelling the planning permission issued on 05.02.2010, bearing reference number N.K.No.3380/08/LPA1 and the

building licence issued on 14.05.2010 under reference BL number 45/10/H1(W) and BA number 171/10/H1 (W) for the property situated at Ward 11, Block No.2, Town Survey numbers 9/1A1A part and 9/7, measuring an extent of 2.12 acres situated at Sanganur Village, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore North.
