This application has been filed by the applicant to receive the additional written statement for the amended plaint filed on 12.11.2025.

2. According to the applicant, he is the second defendant in the main suit and already he filed written statement and thereafter, the plaintiffs amended the plaint and thereby he wants to file additional written statement. Therefore, filed this application.

3. The other side have not filed their counter and not seriously objected.

4. This Court heard both sides and perused the records.

5. Considering the reasons stated by the applicant in the application and that the petitioner already filed written statement and now due to

amendment made in the plaint, this application is filed to receive the additional written statement, thereby it is appropriate to allow this application. The additional written statement is taken on file. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
