S.A.No.46 of 2007 V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN.J., Learned counsel for the Appellant seeks time to file the documents by which he claims title of 50% of the property.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents is absent.

3. Call the matter on 17.04.2023. In the meanwhile, learned counsel for the Appellant will verify if there are any other legal representatives who have been left out in the Suit. If they had been left out, he is requested to implead them in the Appeal so that a decree granting right of 50 % each can be passed in this Appeal.

4. The relief sought for is ejectment and the Suit has been valued by 50% of the market value. Therefore, the issue of Court fee will not arise.
