The present Civil Revision Petition is laid by the petitioner seeking to dispose of the unnumbered petition in CC-1/16 pending on the file of the CJM, Madurai within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard Both sides.

3.The CJM, Madurai is now required to dispose of unnumbered petition in CC-1/16 within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, excluding the intervening summer vacations, 2022. 4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
