R. Balaji @ Balaji Sethu Ramasamy Raja ...Respondent in both the CMAs This case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Both the parties are present. Appellant appeared as party-in-person and Ms.N. Valliamma, learned counsel for the respondent is also present. COMMON ORDER The appellant in both the CMAs, who is the wife of the respondent, has preferred these CMAs against the order passed by the Principal Family Court, Chennai, granting divorce to the respondent and dismissing the petition for restitution of conjugal rights.

2. Both the parties are present and a joint compromise memo was filed by them duly signed by both the parties and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. As per the joint memo of compromise, the respondent has paid a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) through demand drafts bearing Nos. as follows:

The joint memo of compromise shall form part of the award. Award is passed accordingly and consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closed. Sd/- J.
