ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 09.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner has made a representation, dated 09.12.2025 before the respondents 1 to 4 seeking cancellation of pension being provided to the fifth respondent and provide the same to the petitioner. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.T.M.Rajangam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.
4. Though many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2025, as expeditiously as possible.
5. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 09.12.2025 will be considered and appropriate order will be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
7. Accordingly, the respondents 1 to 4 is directed to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 09.12.2025, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
