However, pending application, it appears that the investigation been transferred from the 1st respondent to the Central Crime Branch-10, Chennai and after investigation, the matter has been compounded under Section 321 Cr.P.C. Thus, the complaint has come to an logical end by an order dated 09.09.2023 passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of CCB Case, Chennai and the same has been withdrawn.

In the light of the above facts, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
