(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN,J.) The prayer in the Stay Petition reads as follows:

"Pleased to grant an order of stay of all further proceedings in pursuance to the judgment and decree dated 31.08.2023 passed in OS No.2975 of 2019, by the Hon'ble XIX Addl. City Civil Court at Chennai."

2. We find from the perusal of the decree granted by the Trial Court that the suit filed by the appellant has been dismissed and there is no executable decree. Hence there is no cause for grant of stay. Therefore the stay petition is dismissed.
