C.M.P.No.3807 of 2023 in W.A.SR No.7052 of 2023 THE HON'BLE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE and D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, J.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 312 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

2. Even though notice has been issued and service is complete on the respondent, no-one has entered appearance to answer whether the delay in filing the appeal has to be condoned, which shows that the respondent is not interested in raising any objection.

3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.3807 of 2023 in W.A.SR.No.7052 of 2023 is ordered. Registry to number the writ appeal, if otherwise in order and post the same for admission on 20.04.2023.
