The Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of CPC against the judgment and decree dated 30.01.2003 passed in AS.No.51 of 2002 on the file of the I Additional City Civil Judge, Madras reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 19.01.2001 passed in O.S.No.617 of 1993 on the file of V Assistant City Civil Judge, Madras.

JUDGMENT

This second appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 30.01.2003 passed in AS.No.51 of 2002 on the file of the I Additional City Civil Judge, Madras reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 19.01.2001 passed in O.S.No.617 of 1993 on the file of V Assistant City Civil Judge, Madras.

2. When the matter was listed on 04.12.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be posted on 11.12.2019 under the caption 1/4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"for dismissal".

Today (11.12.2019) also there is no representation on behalf of the appellant.

3. Accordingly, the second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
