Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.M.P.NO.11812 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.NO.16067/2021 dated 19.11.2021, that "the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police third Saturday of every month at 10.30 am until further order" and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit for the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.T.ANBU KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 19.11.2021 in Crl.MP.No.11812 in Crl.O.P.No.16067 of 2020 to report before the respondent police on third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 19.11.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court finds no merits in this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
