PRAYER: Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of CPC praying to prefer this Memorandum of Grounds of Second Appeal in this Hon'ble Court against the Judgment and Decree dated 20.01.2006 made in A.S.No.103 of 2005 on the file of the Court of the Subordinate Judge of Gingee, reversing the judgement and decree dated 12.11.2003 made in O.S.No.69 of 1992 on the file of the Court of the Additional District Munsif, Gingee. Rajaraman for R1 to R3 Judgment Since the first appellant had died on 16.10.2016 and, to date, his legal representatives are not brought on record the Second Appeal has abated as against the first appellant.
