ORDER

Writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus, for a direction to the 3rd respondent not to take any coercive steps to auction the petitioner's belongings that are present in Plots No. 32 to 41, Electrical and Electronics Industrial Estate, Industrial Estate, Sooramangalam, Salem, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2025.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has live stock in the subject Plots No.32 to 41, in the Industrial Estate and that the respondents have no objection to the petitioner removing the live stock from the said premises. The learned counsel for the respondents further states that the apprehension of the petitioner that once the live stock are removed from the plots, the respondent would evict the petitioner is baseless. The learned counsel submits that till the matter is taken for hearing in Contempt Petition No.3568 of 2024, before the learned judge, the respondents would not precipitate the matter by taking any coercive steps.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents are fair and reasonable and so the same may be recorded and the writ petition may be closed. In view of the submissions made by the respective counsels, recording the statement of the learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
