This petition is filed to condone the delay of 334 days in preferring the above Criminal Revision.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, who jointly submitted that the matter has been compromised and hence the respondent has no objection to allow this petition.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and no objection expressed on behalf of the learned counsel for the respondent, the delay of 334 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned and the petition is ordered.
