This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 50 days in filing the appeal.
2.Notice had been directed and the counsel had entered appearance on behalf of the 1st respondent. The 2nd to 6th respondents had been remained ex parte during the trial.
3.The suit had been filed for declaration of title and for permanent injunction restraining the 2nd to 6th defendants from interfering with tenancy or with any other aspect. The suit had been dismissed.
4.Taking all the factors into consideration, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition stands allowed.
5.The Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order.
