(Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the order and decree dated 11.06.2013 made in I.A.No.1866 of 2012 in H.M.O.P.No.56 1/4

of 2005 on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that H.M.O.P.No.56 of 2005 filed by the appellant for dissolution of marriage conducted between the appellant and respondent on 03.09.2000 was decreed by the order dated 04.03.2014 and in view of the same, nothing survives in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
