Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1, 2 and 3 respondents to rectify the wrong entry in computer patta No.472 in Survey No.884/1 and in computer patta No.479 in Survey No.884/2 and to delete the name of wrong entries in both survey numbers and patta numbers and restore the name of the petitioner, thereby disposing of Petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2020 within a fixed time frame as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
