THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.970 of 2022 IN CRL OP.21331/2021 BALAKRISHNAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, CCB-1, CHENNAI Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner should report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP.21331/2021 dated 15.11.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21331 of 2021 on 15.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e. on first Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
