This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 287 days in filing the Review Application.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

Even though Mr.P.Wilson, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents would oppose the prayer of condonation of delay, since we have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners on merits and the maintainability of the Review Application, we thought it fit to condone the delay of 287 days in filing the above Review Application. 4.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
