No.547 of 1995 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tindivanam.

JUDGMENT

By an earlier order dated 23.09.2019, this Court directed the learned counsel for the appellant to take steps to bring on record the Legal Representatives for the deceased sole appellant before the next hearing date. A further direction was given that if steps are not taken before the next hearing date, the Second Appeal shall stand abated.

2. Today, the matter was taken up for hearing. It is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that she has sent a letter addressed to the appellant, which was returned and the same was also produced before this Court. Since steps have not been taken by the learned counsel for the appellant to bring on record the Legal Representatives for the deceased sole appellant, the Second Appeal stands abated. No costs.
