Respondent(s) PRAYER; This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the retirement benefits payable to the Petitioner towards Encashment of Earned
Leave, Unearned Leave on Private affairs, salary for re-employment period from 01/08/2025 as well as DCRG along with interest for the delay in payment in consideration of representation submitted by the Petitioner dated 15/12/2025. For Petitioner(s):

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to disburse the retirement benefits payable to the Petitioner towards Encashment of Earned Leave, Unearned Leave on Private affairs, salary for re-employment period from 01/08/2025 as well as DCRG along with interest for the delay in payment in consideration of representation submitted by the Petitioner dated 15/12/2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
