O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife of the detenu to grant leave for a period of 15 days to the detenu Manickam @ Poonga Nagar Manickam (Conict No.6897), aged about 55 years, Son of Kuppusamy, now confined in Central Prison, Salem for attending marriage of niece of the detenu.

2.This Court, on 10.09.2015, granted parole to the detenu Manickam @ Poonga Nagar Manickam, Life Convict No.6897, son of Kuppusamy, from 07.30 a.m. on 14.09.2015 to 5.30 p.m. on 21.09.2015 for attending marriage of the niece of the detenu. The Registry was also directed to post the matter today for reporting compliance. 3.Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of this Court was complied with and the detenu was put back to prison on 21.09.2015, i.e., yesterday, itself.

4.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is closed.
