ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 03.09.2020 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 & 29(i) of NDPS Act in Cr.No.28 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was involved in illegal transportation 112 Kgs of Ganja by using a lorry and the same was seized by the respondent police.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner and the petitioner had illegally transported 112 Kgs of Ganja by using a lorry and the same was seized by the respondent police. 5. Considering the fact that the seized tobacco product is a commercial quantity and since there is no change of circumstances pointed out by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
