ORDER

The writ petition is filed with a prayer to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.11.2025 and to pass orders thereon.

2. Upon hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner and perusing the said representation, it can be seen that the grievance of the petitioner is that, in respect of the wakf in question, the concerned Jamaath had duly selected the new management on 22.09.2024 and the same was also duly informed to the Superintendent of wakf, Trichy and the other authorities. In spite thereof, the order recognising the management has still not been passed and hence the representation was made.

3. In view of the nature of the prayer that is sought and the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents that they will pass orders on the representation, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms: (i) The second respondent shall take up the representation of the petitioner dated 25.11.2025 for consideration and pass orders thereon as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.

(ii) There shall be no order as to costs.
