O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to survey the land through its Taluk Surveyor attached to its office to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the land measuring 12 cents comprised in Survey No.93/17 situated at Maruthuvampadi Village, Thiruvannamalai Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, in pursuance of the application dated 31.10.2022 after giving notice to all persons interested in the lands surrounding the property and furnish a copy of the report to the petitioner.

In respect of property at Survey No.93/17 situated at Maruthuvampadi Village, Thiruvannamalai Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, the petitioner had made an application on 31.10.2022 and on that date fee also paid for the purpose of surveying the land to identify the four boundaries, therefore in order to consider the same and to do the needful by the 2nd respondent Tahsildar, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the aforestated prayer .

3. Heard Mr.P.Karthik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

The learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that, the representation of the petitioner or application submitted by the petitioner dated 31.10.2022 would be considered and needful would be undertaken by the 2nd respondent Tahsildar within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following orders: There shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 31.10.2022 and to do the needful by completing the survey for identifying the four boundaries within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
