2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents informed us that the police traced out the detenue and the investigation revealed that the detenue had got married with one Mr.Mageshwaran. Both the detenue as well as Mr.Mageshwaran are majors. This apart, the detenue, at the time of leaving her parents' house, was pursuing M.Com. degree course. Thus, she knows what is good or bad for her life. The detenue has informed us that she had taken a firm decision to marry the said Mr.Mageshwaran and now leading a matrimonial life. This apart, the petitioner, who is none other than the father of the detenue, also given a statement before the Inspector of Police, J.1 Police station, Saidapet, that he will not interfere with the decision taken by his daughter. The detenue as well as her husband are produced before us. On examination, the detenue informed us that she is willing to lead the matrimonial life with her husband Mr.Mageshwaran.
3. Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the petition stands closed and the detenue is set at liberty forthwith.
