The Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of CPC, against the judgment and decree dated 28.02.2003 of the Subordinate Judge of Dharmapuri, passed in A.S.No.4 of 1997 partially allowing the Decree and judgment dated 03.07.1996 of the District Munsif of Harur passed in O.S.No.157 of 1991. JUDGMENT

The first appellant died and her legal representatives have been brought on record as appellants 2,3 and 4. The learned counsel for the appellant had made the following endorsement, "I may be permitted to withdraw the above appeal" sign dated 14/12/2018.
