ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to take disciplinary action against the respondents 3 to 5 on the basis of the complaint dated 30.09.2022 within the time frame fixed by this Court, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 2.

When this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the basis of the complaint dated 30.09.2022 given by the petitioner, the matter has already been referred to the Disciplinary Committee for enquiry on

03.02.2023. Stating so, the learned counsel prayed for reasonable time to complete the enquiry and pass orders by the disciplinary committee. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submissions made on the side of the respondent authorities, this writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the disciplinary committee to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
