ORDER

Mr.S.Senthilmurugan, Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission itself with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 & 3.

3. This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2025 and to conduct the enquiry as per the Senior Citizen Act, 2007 and restore the petitioner's house site property in Survey Nos.61/1, 61/2 to an extent of 31⁄2 cents situated at Nalathur village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District.

4. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the affidavit, and other material records of the case, it is seen that for claiming protection as well as the cancellation of the deeds, the representation has been made. Therefore, the 3rd respondent is the Competent Authority.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to

3 would submit that the enquiry is pending before the 3rd respondent.

6. In view thereof, the 3rd respondent shall proceed with the enquiry and complete the same by affording due opportunity to the petitioner as well as the 4th and 5th respondents or any other person necessary and pass orders thereon in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a web copy of the order, without waiting for a certified copy of the order.

7. With the above observations and direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
