This matter is posted today under the caption "for clarification".

2.Since an Additional District Munsif Court has been formed in Sendamangalam, and since the newly found Court has jurisdiction over the pending suit in O.S.No.618 of 2001, this Court directs the matter be transferred to Sendamangalam District Munsif Court, and the transferee Court shall strive to endeavour and dispose of the suit and comply with the direction of this Court.

It is underscored that the counsel for the parties must be informed about the transfer by the transferor Court.

3.The Transferor Court is also required to direct the parties to appear on a specified date before the transferee Court.

4.This matter stands clarified accordingly.
