ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH,J.,) This habeas corpus petition is filed seeking production of Ms.Bhuvaneswari, aged about 22 years on the ground that she has been missing from 02.10.2016 onwards.

When the matter was called for hearing today, the detenue was produced. She submitted that she left the parental home in order to work independently and had married the third respondent on 07.02.2017. They have been living as man and wife https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
ever since. We specifically enquired her as to whether she would wish to meet her mother, the petitioner or to go to her parental home with her. She however refused to either meet her mother or go with her.
