Application No.299 of 2021 has been filed to stay the advertisement issued arbitrarily by the 3rd respondent in violation of the Scheme judgment in C.S.No.242 of 1986.

2.It was submitted that the said advertisement for faculty recruitment dated 10th January 2021 given in the English Newspaper has been withdrawn by the Trust. Hence, the Application No.299 of 2021 has now become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous.

3.In Application No.3013 of 2021, learned counsel who are intending to file counter, they may do so.
