When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the order passed in the connected Writ Petition in W.P.No.26887 of 2013 today, the relief sought for by the petitioner in this Petition has become infructuous and therefore, this petition may be closed as infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission and as per the endorsement made, I am of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
