Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, substituted service by paper publication is ordered in respect of 3rd and 4th respondents. The paper publication shall be effected on or before 13.02.2024 for the hearing date fixed on 27.02.2024. The petitioner shall effect paper publication in a Tamil daily having wide circulation in Chennai district.
