ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 08.04.2015 in CSR.No.164 of 2015 and to take necessary action, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.164 of 2015 before the respondent. He further submitted that the petitioner did not co-operate with the investigation.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry. The respondent police is also directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
