This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to set aside the dismissal order dated 19.03.2021 and restore the same in C.S No.978 of 2016 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 /defendants 1 to 3 has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.
