O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the order passed by *learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No. 4066 of 2016 dated 18.03.2016 in Cr.No. 3509 of 2016 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chennai that he is ready to produce the Ration Card surety before the Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner belongs to *TamilNadu and this Court while ordering bail imposed condition to the effect that a bond was directed to be executed for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with *one sureties, now the Lower Court insisting for a Government sureties. Hence, the above said condition requires modification. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner belongs to *TamilNadu and even though the order was passed on 18.03.2016, the petitioner is not able to enjoy the order of this Court and hence, the condition imposed is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with *one sureties by producing ration card. The rest of the condition imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.
