Seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.302 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent to CBCID or any other agency to conduct an impartial investigation and file the final report within the stipulated time, the present petition has been filed.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation has been completed and Final Report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate II, Tiruvannamalai and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.134 of 2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
