After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation the matter is settled as follows:-
JUDGMENT
1. This Appeal has been filed as against the order dated 05.04.2011 passed in MCOP. No.272 of 2004 by the learned Additional Sub Judge(MACT), Chengalpattu by the Appellant/ Insurance Company.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the award amount of Rs.7,31,000/- has been settled with accrued interest to the respondents/ claimants and the same has been conceded by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/claimants.

3. Recording the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is closed. National Insurance Co. Ltd., Chennai - 1 Counsel for the Appellant(s) Counsel for the Respondent(s) This National Lok Adalat Award is passed in terms of the above settlement. The Court fee paid shall be refunded to the parties in the manner provided under the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994.
