Prayer:- This Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the judgment and decree dated 29.01.2014 passed in A.S.No.49 of 2012 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Vellore District whereby reversing the judgment and decree dated 08.03.2012 made in O.S.No.116 of 2009 on the file of the the District Munsif Court, Katpadi, Vellore District.
