..Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2021 seeking cancellation of the house site Pattas stated to have been issued in respect of the land in S.F.No.82/1 with an extent 1.50 acres of North Avinashipalayam Village, Tiruppur South Taluk, Tiruppur District and give protection for the petitioner-villagers continued usage of the land for burial ground and other village public purpose.
