ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.09.2014 and to take cognizance on the complaint in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. On a reading of the complaint, the petitioner has lodged a complaint against her husband and another son in respect of property. It is also appeared that civil suit was filed against this petitioner by the opposite party which was dismissed as default. The respondent police have conducted enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and closed it on 04.10.2014. The dispute essentially appears to be between the members of the family.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
