S.A. 710 of 2008 V.BHARATHIDASAN . J, The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant submitted that as the dispute between the husband and wife, and there is likelihood of settlement between the parties. Hence, the matter may be referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court for arriving at an amicable settlement between the parties.

2. Hence, the Registry is directed to send the matter before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, and the Mediation Centre is directed to conduct the Mediation on 10.06.2019.

3. In the above circumstances, both the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre without fail.

4. After mediation, the Registry is directed to post the matter before this Court on 24.06.2019.
