CRIME NO.304 OF 2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the CCB, Vepery police station on everyday at 10.30 am until further orders, imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.19121 of 2020 by its order dated 09.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.DENVENDHIRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19121 of 2020, dated 09.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19121 of 2020, dated 09.12.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
