ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.20 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tambaram.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the above petition, the dispute between the parties was resolved and recording the compromise, the case in D.V.C.No.20 of 2016 has been disposed.

3.The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that she has filed change of appearance to the Registry, High Court of Madras in the year 2018 itself.

4.In view of the above compromise entered between the parties and the case in D.V.C.No.20 of 2016 has been disposed, nothing survives in this petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
