ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to confirm the order of the second respondent made in Na.Ka.No.A3/20367/2015 dated 08.11.2016 and direct the third respondent to issue patta to the land in S.No.17/5C2 to an extent of 0.06 cents situated at Chinnasalem Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District.
2. Dr.S.Padma, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given two representations dated 02.12.2016 and 09.01.2017 to the respondents, for issuance of patta. However, the respondents have not passed any order so far.

Mr.S.V.Dorai Solaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 02.12.2016 and 09.01.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2016 and 09.01.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
