JUDGMENT

The plaintiff is the appellant before this Court. He unfortunately died on 15.06.2018, pending the appeal. Steps have not been taken. By any mathematical calculation that the period granted had expired and therefore the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated/not pressed. No costs.
