Criminal Original Petition under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirukoilur, Kallakurichi District to complete the trial in C.C.No.172 of 2017 as early as possible by expeditiously in 1/3

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukoilur, Kallakurichi District to expedite the trial in C.C.No.172 of 2017 and complete the same within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukoilur, Kallakurichi District to expedite the trial in C.C.No.172 of 2017 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
