Heard the learned counsel on either side. The petitioner alleges that the respondent is harassing him at the instance of one Mrs.Umayal.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) states that the respondent is conducting an enquiry. 1/3

Be that as it may, the respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from today. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent and extend their co-operation. The petitioner is given protection till the conclusion of the enquiry. If the respondent registers any FIR against the petitioner, he will be given due notice, so that he will get breathing time to move this Court for the relief of Anticipatory Bail.

I have not gone into the merits of the case and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
