CRIME NO.1709/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M., for period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.Op.No.18882 of 2020 dated 03.12.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Through video conferencing) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing him to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.18882 of 2020 dated 03.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.18882 of 2020 of 2020 dated 03.12.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
